On June 11th a team from Restore flew out to Kisumu in Kenya to plant Restore Church Kisumu. Updates appear on this page as the church grows.
First service in Kisumu
Our first service was held in the slum area of Kisumu — a very needy area with significant challenges, especially around poverty.
A thriving church & school
Coming up to 2 years, our pastors in Kisumu are doing a brilliant job. Apart from leading the church they also run an orphanage and school. Numbers have grown from 12 people at our first service (including children) to a church of over 50 adults plus a vibrant children's work of over 50 children on a Saturday.
Kitui County joins Restore
14 churches in Kitui County joined Restore Church, serving the people of Kitui County. Led by Pastor Elijah Musava and a team of local pastors, reaching people and planting churches, expanding God's Kingdom.
There will be regular trips out to Kenya. If you would like to get involved in the work, please contact the office at Restore Church.
