Which gifts should this cover?

I am a UK taxpayer and I want Restore Church Boston to treat my qualifying gifts as Gift Aid donations. I understand I must pay at least as much Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in each tax year as the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations, and that I should tell the church if my circumstances, name or home address change.Anything else we should know?
